We are currently seeking God’s will as we search for a new Youth Pastor.

Vision – 1 Corinthians 13:13

To be the most LOVING student ministry, so students who don’t know Christ will know that He loves them and that he wants to use them to change the world.

Values:

1. We will do anything short of sin to reach those students who don’t know Christ.
2. We are faith filled, big thinking Jesus lovers!
3. We will NEVER insult God with small thinking & safe living
4. We will laugh hard, loud, and often (Psalm 126:2-3)
5. Nothing is more fun than serving God with the people that you love.
6. We are spiritual contributors, not spiritual consumers
7. The church does not exist for us…..We are the church and we exist for the world.
8. We will STAND UP & STAND OUT (1 Corinthians 16:13-14)
9. We would rather be remembered for STANDING UP than forgotten for BLENDING IN! 

We will provide 3 things in our Student Ministry at ERBC….
1. A place where EVERYONE is welcome!
2. A place where EVERYONE matters!
3. A place where EVERYONE can connect and grow in their relationship with Christ!
